Key Responsibilities- Organize and confirm guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment and verify billing information.
- Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.
- Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Explain room features to guests and provide directions to property amenities and local areas of interest.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve any issues.
- Run and review daily reports/logs, complete designated cashier and closing reports.
- Accept and record wake-up call requests, deliver messages, and count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
