Job Title: Guest Experience Agent

The Watergate Hotel is seeking a skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our dynamic call center team. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual abilities a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
