Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of front office staff roles and duties, and be able to perform duties as needed.
  • Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system, including daily transactions and discrepancy reports.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and engineering departments regarding guest rooms, requests, and maintenance needs.
  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out, answering questions, and assisting with needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of self-initiative.
