Guest Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that guests feel valued and cared for
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
- Meet or exceed guest satisfaction targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the hotel
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.688, with opportunities for pay increases after 6 months and 1 year. We also offer a range of benefits, including health care, earned paid time off, and life insurance.
