Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations to guarantee efficiency and dependability.
  • Collaborate with multiple locations to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly.
  • Identify systems or components that may have caused issues.
  • Test drive vehicles for assessment and check fluid levels as required.
  • Ensure proper tire pressure, and clean and lubricate fittings as necessary.
  • Install new oil drain plugs and filters, and communicate oil levels to team members.
  • Maintain high standards of efficiency and precision in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Proactively repair or replace worn components to prevent vehicle breakdowns.
  • Utilize power tools, machine tools, and standard hand tools for various tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a lube technician
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and quick diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and specifications.
  • Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
  • High School Diploma or GED (mandatory).
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred).
  • Minimum one year of experience in a service department.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Benefits Package

The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with rates based on experience.

After a 90-day introductory period, the following benefits are available:
  • 40 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off.

Typical Work Schedule (subject to change):

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Tuesday to Saturday 7am-4pm.
