Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve DIY issues effectively.
- Facilitate a seamless selling experience for all customers, whether they are visiting in-store, placing online orders, or calling in.
- Meet personal and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.
- Manage various DIY services, including testing and installation of automotive parts.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and customer service.
- Assume key holder responsibilities, including task management and safety protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock organization and cycle counts.
- Support the professional services team as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proven advanced selling skills in a retail environment.
- Strong communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in locating and stocking automotive parts.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
- Experience with inventory systems and retail equipment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and parts lookup tools.
- Expertise in using diagnostic equipment for DIY services.
- ASE certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts sales is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to fulfill customer transactions successfully.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and move items up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions.
Work Environment:
The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks. Employees may encounter various weather conditions and mechanical equipment.
