Client Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Solutions Specialist to join our team at EverBank NA. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely and effective solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide high-quality service to all clients by answering inbound product and service questions and referrals while maintaining ownership and one call resolution.
- Account Management: Process bank account openings, money movement, such as wire transfers, Zelle, CD maturity, bill pay, account maintenance, and web support.
- Client Records: Maintain client records by verifying and updating account information.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service problems in a timely manner by listening, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the solution, and following up with the client.
- Compliance: Follow established policies and procedures and reporting needed changes while complying with federal, state, and local banking regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement by identifying non-urgent or urgent call trends, observations, or common issues; participate in technology, testing, or projects.
- Risk Management: Protect the organization by following risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
This position is hybrid, requiring working onsite four days per week with one flexible day to work remotely.
