Position Summary:
Dan Miller - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As a Client Engagement Specialist on the State Farm Agent Team, your expertise in insurance offerings and market trends enables you to engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Leverage your understanding of State Farm insurance offerings to suggest, clarify, and sell policies to both new and existing leads.
- Implement a customer-centered, needs-based review approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, ascertain customer needs, and present suitable products and services.
- Genuine enthusiasm for marketing products and services that resonate with customer needs and preferences.
- Outstanding communication abilities across all formats - written, verbal, and active listening.
- A customer-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Proactive in resolving issues, ensuring prompt answers to customer inquiries.
