Role Overview:

  • The Customer Support Specialist is tasked with addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to the company's offerings.
  • With moderate oversight, this role serves as the initial point of contact to resolve standard customer challenges.
  • The Customer Support Specialist is dedicated to fostering a positive customer experience and strengthening connections between clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming customer service inquiries and provides basic troubleshooting and solutions for standard customer concerns.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service to meet and surpass service expectations.
  • Responds to a high volume of straightforward inquiries (e.g., product details, pricing, billing queries, etc.).
  • Utilizes established scripts and guidance tools to respond to customer questions. Directs customers to available resources or more experienced team members as necessary.
  • Records customer feedback and issues for future reference.

Educational Background:

High School Diploma Preferred;

Physical Requirements:

Primarily Sedentary Work

Career Level: Entry to Intermediate.
