Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide high-quality service to all clients by answering inbound product and service questions and referrals while maintaining ownership and one call resolution.
- Account Management: Process bank account openings, money movement, and account maintenance while maintaining client records and verifying and updating account information.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service problems in a timely manner by listening, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the solution, and following up with the client.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Follow established policies and procedures and reporting needed changes while complying with federal, state, and local banking regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify non-urgent or urgent call trends, observations, or common issues; participate in technology, testing, or projects to support continuous improvement.
- Product Promotion: Identify and promote Bank products to potential and existing customers.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary work.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Contact Center Experience: Contact center experience.
- Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to handle client issues in a timely manner.
- Account Management Skills: Experience processing bank account openings, money movement, Zelle, etc.
