Key Responsibilities:

As a Records Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance department by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine data entry and generating standard reports from electronic systems.
  • Analyzing and presenting data to management as needed.
  • Reviewing aircraft records to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Tracking specific tasks and compliance requirements at the operational level.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain to gather historical data on components prior to servicing.
  • Ensuring proper documentation is received for component changes.
  • Retrieving aircraft records for various departments as requested.
  • Maintaining and distributing scanned records as necessary.
  • Organizing and filing aircraft logbook pages and component cards accurately.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of engine, airframe, and component records for compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with aviation terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing official records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidates may also have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an aircraft records department or a similar aviation role.
  • Experience with aircraft compliance tracking software.
  • Knowledge of specific aircraft maintenance programs.
  • FAA Airframe Powerplant License.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
