As a vital member of our organization, the Records Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance department to ensure compliance with FAR regulations and internal policies. This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.

JOB SUMMARY
The Records Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting routine data entry tasks and generating standard reports.
  • Extracting and analyzing data from electronic systems as needed.
  • Reviewing aircraft records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Tracking specific tasks and component changes to maintain proper documentation.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain to gather historical information on components.
  • Managing the filing of aircraft logbook pages and component cards.
  • Maintaining scanned records and distributing them as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Familiarity with aircraft terminology and compliance processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates will have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an aircraft records department or a similar role.
  • Experience with aircraft compliance tracking software.
  • Knowledge of Airbus and Textron maintenance programs.
  • FAA Airframe Powerplant License.
EDUCATION:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
