As a vital part of our operations, the Records Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This position is supervised by the Quality Assurance Manager.


JOB SUMMARY
The Records Analyst is tasked with supporting the maintenance department in fulfilling recordkeeping obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting routine data entry tasks and generating standard reports as needed.
  • Extracting and presenting data for management review upon request.
  • Performing detailed analysis of aircraft records to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitoring specific tasks at the base level, such as compliance with service bulletins and modifications.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain to gather historical data on components prior to servicing.
  • Tracking component changes to ensure proper documentation is received.
  • Retrieving aircraft records as requested by various departments.
  • Maintaining scanned records and distributing them as necessary.
  • Receiving and filing aircraft logbook pages and verifying their accuracy.
  • Reviewing records for engines, airframes, and components to ensure compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should possess:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions.
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Familiarity with aircraft terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capability in organizing official records.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates will have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an aircraft records department or a similar aviation role.
  • Experience with aircraft compliance tracking software.
  • Knowledge of Airbus and Textron maintenance programs.
  • FAA Airframe Powerplant License.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
