Position Summary:
The Sales Coordination Specialist will assist in the administration and organization of the sales team under management's guidance. This role involves preparing, arranging, and coordinating sales-related events and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication with both internal and external clients.
- Serve as the primary resource for customers with inquiries following the sale of products or projects.
- Utilize product knowledge to present additional offerings to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to enhance user engagement with our online platform.
- Maintain and manage data within our web-based platform to support sales efforts.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial inquiry to coordinating deliveries with logistics.
- Assist in the daily operations of the sales team and address customer requests.
- Establish trust with customers while aligning with the sales team.
- Become an expert in product knowledge to support both sales and customer needs.
- Provide support to designated salesperson(s).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A four-year degree is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
- Commit to integrity and ethical practices.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading or delegating as necessary.
