We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build and expand customer relationships in the Utah and Western Wyoming territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve assigned sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with Ford and Lincoln dealerships in the territory
  • Provide product and process expertise to dealerships to increase sales of Ford and Lincoln accessories
  • Identify opportunities for improved performance and collaborate with the operations department to implement changes
  • Monitor competitor promotions and activities to stay ahead in the market
  • Organize and participate in customer-facing dealer events to build brand awareness and drive sales
Requirements:
  • Able to travel frequently as required by the job
  • Team-focused, organized self-starter with a strong consultative sales skillset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a drug test
  • Preferred: basic understanding of dealership department structures and two years of retail dealership automotive experience
