As an Executive Assistant at Vertafore, you will provide exceptional administrative support to multiple executives. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Efficiently managing and organizing executive schedules.
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring executives are equipped with necessary materials.
  • Arranging and overseeing extensive domestic travel plans.
  • Handling expense reports with precision.

This role demands a highly organized individual capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. You will interact with various levels of management and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Compile and prepare materials for reports and presentations.
  • Generate analytical reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist in the logistics of new hire interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Information:
