Position Overview: The Administrative Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support for the Denver business unit at Turner Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Oversee the scheduling and upkeep of conference rooms, maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel and car reservations, while preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as mail processing, expense reporting, and managing packages.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute various forms of correspondence, including letters and reports, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Keep the kitchen area clean and well-stocked for staff use.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and confirming appointments as necessary.

Compensation: The salary range for this position has been established, and the final salary will be determined based on factors such as experience and education.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook, is essential, while knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements: The role may require sitting for extended periods, as well as occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
