Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

At XPEL, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth within your assigned territory
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer product usage
  • Manage and develop business relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Conduct individual market analysis
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Work closely with the install operations manager
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track record
  • Proactive, highly motivated and organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
