EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The ideal candidate will have superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record. Key responsibilities include territory management, sales strategy execution, customer relationship management, and new business development. The successful candidate will be tenacious, innovative, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. They will also have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and developing new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Territory management of a geographical area
* Sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
* Customer relationship management, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
* New business development and client acquisition/account development
* Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support

**Requirements:**

* Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
* Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
* Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
