Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and building strategic business relationships with key accounts in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets within your assigned territory
* Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts
* Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested
* Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans designed to meet and exceed territory revenue targets
* Properly leverage and engage with care support teams to provide support and service to patients, HCPs, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

* Degree-level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong sales and business development skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
