As a Territory Manager, Surgical, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling our portfolio of surgical products, understanding the competitive landscape, and achieving sales results, quotas, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell surgical products to achieve sales results, quotas, and profitability goals
  • Develop new target accounts, establish new business, and increase sales of current accounts
  • Develop and maintain action plans to identify the needs of specific accounts and discuss issues with Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Director
  • Identify, prioritize, pull-through, and close opportunities
  • Ensure effective utilization of products by all trained Health Care Professionals within assigned territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Two plus years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales required in a complex selling environment
  • Demonstrated success in a highly competitive, aggressive, growth sales environment preferred
  • Experience selling in an Operating Room (OR) setting or surgical experience preferred
  • Documented history of sales success with stack rankings, awards
  • Experience selling through distributors is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $75,000
  • Variable: 80K- 82,500K
  • Total Income: Up to $166,500 K uncapped (Quota Specific Target Earnings- Sky is the limit)
