About the Role

Riverbed Technology is seeking a highly skilled Federal Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the federal market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the federal market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs to channel partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the federal market, with a proven track record of success
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, with a strong understanding of channel partner dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform sales strategy
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
