About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager (Federal - Intel) is a critical position that drives company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements to meet and exceed your quota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans to target deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota by crafting and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and teams to best serve customers.
  • Engage in consultative selling to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings.
Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security context.
  • Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach for customers.
  • Ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new territories and accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. DOD and/or intelligence community.
  • Possess a successful track record selling complex solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Highly competitive, ramp quickly, extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding production goals.
  • Active security clearance - TS/SCI CI Poly.
