New York Life Insurance Company is actively seeking candidates for its Fast Track Management Program. Participants will begin their journey as financial professionals, collaborating closely with clients to gain valuable experience while fulfilling the program's requirements. Upon successful completion, candidates will transition into management roles as associate partners.

Training and Development: New York Life provides an extensive three-year training program, alongside marketing support and technical assistance. Our initiatives enable you to work alongside highly successful agents and managers who will guide you in building a robust clientele. You will receive the resources and ongoing support expected from a Fortune 100 company.

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance your managerial skills through participation in our comprehensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program.
  • Utilize a wide range of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds, to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Develop personalized, long-term financial strategies while assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Recruit and cultivate your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.
  • Complete the program requirements to join the management team as an associate partner.

Expectations for Agents:

  • Ability to comprehend clients' needs and financial concerns.
  • Educate clients on proactive financial planning to prepare for unforeseen life events.
  • Promote customized strategies for clients to reach their long-term financial aspirations.
  • Build relationships aimed at assisting families and individuals in pursuing financial security.
  • Establish a financial practice through professional networking and client prospecting.
  • Provide empathy and guidance to clients during challenging life circumstances.
  • Focus on nurturing long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and community continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is required.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are advantageous.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is essential.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated individuals seeking a fulfilling and challenging career.
  • Familiarity with cultural markets is beneficial.
