- Change Management: Serve as an expert in change management processes to positively impact organizational effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years' experience in the Human Resources Function.
- Skills: Strong skills/experience in business partnering, strategic thinking, talent management, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Certifications: Preferred SPHR/PHR certificate.
- Competitive Compensation: Base Pay Range: $120,000-$160,000.
- Total Compensation: Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
