Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and cultivate personal insurance prospects with both new and existing clients through various communication channels including in-person meetings, online interactions, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Build and sustain exceptional relationships with clients and prospects through consistent follow-ups, precise and timely quotations, and comprehensive account support. Proactively address and respond to all client needs.

Qualifications:
  • Possess the necessary insurance license as mandated by state regulations and have a minimum of two years of sales experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of insurance products, rating and underwriting processes, coverage options, and industry practices to effectively generate new business and manage existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in business-to-business sales, with strong skills in presentation, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Be client-oriented, focused on customer satisfaction, and assertive in building new client relationships while servicing current clients.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, capable of managing complex tasks independently, with sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills, effective time management, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in technology and computer systems, including agency management software, is essential.
