About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team at US012 Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, growing, and retaining an existing commercial book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workload by processing daily servicing tasks
  • Assist the team with marketing and placement of new & renewal commercial accounts
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years commercial insurance experience
  • Property/Casualty license or ability to attain
  • Licensed Insurance Counselor license or ability to attain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
