Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role with a stable and long-standing organization? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our high growth mode.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with independent representatives and clients to expand market reach and sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify potential leads, understanding client needs to offer tailored product solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits aligned with client requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Communicate regularly with existing clients to inform them of new product releases and updates, supporting their evolving needs.
  • Document all sales activity, including customer interactions, orders, and any feedback or issues to enhance service delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts and territory updates.
  • Adaptable to perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent work experience in a sales-related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience, ideally in technical or field sales.
  • Proven track record of independent work and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel 40%+ to engage with clients on-site (Western region).
  • Clean driving record.
