Senior Sales Executive

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role with a stable and long-standing organization? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our high growth mode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with independent representatives and clients to expand market reach and sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify potential leads, understanding client needs to offer tailored product solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits aligned with client requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Communicate regularly with existing clients to inform them of new product releases and updates, supporting their evolving needs.
- Document all sales activity, including customer interactions, orders, and any feedback or issues to enhance service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide periodic sales forecasts and territory updates.
- Adaptable to perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent work experience in a sales-related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience, ideally in technical or field sales.
- Proven track record of independent work and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel 40%+ to engage with clients on-site (Western region).
- Clean driving record.
