Senior Business Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Business Development Director to lead our strategic growth initiatives within the safety and industrial supplies sector. This individual will play a critical role in driving top-line sales, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and penetrate new markets within the safety and industrial supply industry.
Lead efforts to acquire high-value customers by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to align product offerings and solutions with customer needs and market demands.
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of proven success in business development, preferably within the safety and industrial supply industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the safety and industrial supply market, including key trends, customer needs, solutions, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
