Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives within the safety and industrial supplies sector.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business development, a deep understanding of the safety and industrial supply landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strategic Sales Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and penetrate new markets within the safety and industrial supply industry.
Customer Acquisition:
Lead efforts to acquire high-value customers by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts. Use data-driven insights to refine business development strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of proven success in business development, preferably within the safety and industrial supply industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the safety and industrial supply market, including key trends, customer needs, solutions, and competitive landscape.Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Communication:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Location:
Remote
