As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the cosmetic manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve individual and company-wide sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems are also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a supportive team culture and opportunities for growth and development.
