Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

Building Industry Partners, a leader in the construction sector, is in search of a skilled Regional Recruiter to spearhead our hiring initiatives across our varied portfolio of fire protection enterprises. This position is crucial for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, attracting exceptional talent, and enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Development:
- Craft and execute innovative recruitment plans to attract and retain high-caliber candidates at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with leadership to comprehend their staffing requirements and formulate customized recruitment strategies.
- Employ data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and enhance outcomes.
Comprehensive Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Adopt best practices in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and selection to ensure a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
Employer Branding Initiatives:
- Assist in cultivating and promoting a compelling employer brand that attracts top-tier talent in the fire protection field.
- Utilize various channels, including social media and job boards, to boost the company's visibility and reputation as a preferred employer.
- Work alongside marketing and communications teams to design engaging recruitment campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding recruitment metrics, challenges, and achievements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all aspects of talent acquisition.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and current recruitment records and reports.
- Utilize analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the fire protection or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Capability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
