Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Hearts of Pine. As a key member of our Ticketing Department, you will be responsible for generating revenue and managing ticket sales accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate customers on our ticketing products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ticket sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and fans to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software and ticketing systems to manage customer accounts and track sales activity.
- Collaborate with the Ticket Sales Leadership team to develop and implement sell-out strategies and objectives.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and support to fans and clients through proactive and reactive relationship-building strategies.
- 4-year college degree or graduate degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in ticket sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
