We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Account Management Executive to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Major Accounts Division, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with our most complex clients, providing strategic direction, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level strategic direction to our most complex clients, including contribution strategy, employee engagement, benefits education, underwriting, employee retention, pharmacy benefit management, and plan design.
Act as the client-facing lead for day-to-day client needs, issue resolution, vendor partner management, and meeting scheduling.
Work within a client-specific team to serve all client needs, bringing confidence, experience, and recommendations to the team on how best to serve existing and emerging clients' needs.
Provide a high level of customer service to all clients, whether on the phone, in person, via email, or written correspondence.
Requirements:
10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in working with large, complex, strategic clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team structure.
Experience in building, fostering, and advancing relationships with primary client contacts.
Flexibility to be present, on-site, and in-person at client meetings in New England.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of social media platforms.
