Job Title: Employee Benefits Account Management Executive

Job Summary:

The Cross Family of Agencies is seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Account Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Major Accounts Division, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, developing and implementing high-level employee benefits strategies, and providing exceptional service to our most valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic direction to clients on employee benefits, including contribution strategy, employee engagement, benefits education, underwriting, employee retention, and pharmacy benefit management.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues, managing vendor partners, and scheduling meetings.

* Collaborate with the VP, Major Accounts to deliver elevated services to clients, including negotiation and issue resolution.

* Work closely with a client-specific team to serve all client needs, bringing confidence, experience, and recommendations to the team.

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, in-person, email, and written correspondence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

* 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing leadership role.

* Demonstrated expertise in working with large, complex clients.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team structure.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
