About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to lead our sales team and drive business growth at Salesforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Account Executives, providing ongoing mentoring and development, and participating in client and prospect meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins and provide support and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
  • Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management and consistently monitor the sales activity of the team.
  • Lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement, develop and implement successful sales campaigns, and engage at C-level in enterprise customer organizations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources to ensure consistent processes and a successful team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying sales people.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Shown successful experience in leading Account Executives and a consistent track record of creating successful teams and leading them to success.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
