**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 7-9 business development managers, each managing a pod of showrooms and outside sales reps.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting: Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of Sales Management Experience in building products distribution or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience managing large teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
