Customer Support Specialist

At Wells Fargo, we are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade services, with experience in issuing, advising, and amending letters of credit. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support services to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Issuing, advising, and amending letters of credit in accordance with trade services standards
- Collaborating with colleagues and managers to achieve goals and resolve issues
- Identifying opportunities for additional product sales through client referrals
Requirements for this role include:
- 6+ years of trade services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) certification
- Knowledge and understanding of risk management in credit, market, or operations
