Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues related to automotive parts and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer problems through troubleshooting and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and recommendations to customers.
  • Log customer interactions and correspondence in our system for record-keeping and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a positive and composed attitude in high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to resolve customer grievances in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in automotive diagnosis and repairs, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
