FleetPride Customer Support Specialist

FleetPride is a leading distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via various support channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers as requested, suggesting related parts for a full-service experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and structures, adhering to company procedures.
  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and features, providing alternative options when necessary.
  • Offer customers access to digital resources and utilize non-servicing time to review company initiatives and communications.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows XP, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales of heavy-duty automotive parts, preferred.

Work Environment:

Remote work from home with the possibility to work inside a local branch if an office is available.

Hours/Shifts:

Part-time, up to 25 hours/week, based on need.
