Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to all employees
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user PC issues
  • Ensure the new hire separation process is fully completed in every instance
  • Maintain equipment and software inventory, including decommissioning and donation processes for old equipment
  • Maintain documentation for end-user internal IT processes (e.g., new hire, separation, etc.)
  • Create and maintain end-user knowledge base articles on frequently requested issues and processes
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager, Systems Engineers, and Administrators on projects
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for critical end-user support issues
Requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience troubleshooting Windows PC issues
  • 1+ year(s) of experience providing end-user support
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be passionate about technology
  • Must always strive to provide an excellent end-user experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows Server OS
  • Experience supporting Mobile Device OS (Android, Apple iOS)
  • Experience with Office 365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience with supporting Virtualization Technologies (VMware Workstation, Oracle VM VirtualBox, etc.)
  • Experience with Kace 1000 for Desktop Management
  • Experience with Kace 2000 for Image Creation
  • Experience with Mitel Connect VoIP System (ShoreTel)
