Technical Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Member Support Specialist to join their corporate office in Irving, Texas. As a key member of the Member Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products
- Assist clients with password reset issues and website support
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level II support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in phone and email support for products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a call center environment and help desk experience preferred
