Position Summary
As a Project Coordinator at Spark Signs & Graphics, you will oversee and manage various signage projects from initial concept to final installation. This role involves direct collaboration with our production and design teams, as well as our clients, to ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a positive representative of Spark Signs, fostering strong relationships between clients and the company.
  • Participate in light sign production and installation tasks.
  • Coordinate complex sign installations with partner firms.
  • Obtain necessary sign permits as required.
  • Prepare estimates, work orders, and schedules for signage projects, ensuring compliance with applicable sign codes.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in project coordination; experience in the signage or printing industry is a significant advantage.
  • A motivated individual eager to advance their career.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, active listening, and negotiation abilities essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain effective communication under pressure, remaining calm and courteous during challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation such as purchase orders and work orders.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in working within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in developing creative solutions to unique challenges while ensuring project profitability and timelines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
