Position Summary
As a Project Coordinator at Spark Signs & Graphics, you will oversee and manage various signage projects from initial concept to final installation. This role involves direct collaboration with our production and design teams, as well as our clients, to ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a positive representative of Spark Signs, acting as a liaison between clients and the company, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Engage in light sign production and installation tasks.
  • Coordinate larger sign installations with partner companies.
  • Obtain necessary sign permits when required.
  • Prepare estimates, work orders, and schedules for signage projects, ensuring compliance with applicable sign codes.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in project coordination; experience in a sign company or printing industry is highly desirable.
  • A motivated individual eager to advance their career.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, active listening, and negotiation abilities for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, remaining courteous and driven in challenging situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing documentation such as purchase orders and work orders.
  • Adaptable and self-driven, yet capable of taking direction and working collaboratively.
  • Proficient in navigating a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in devising creative solutions to unique challenges while ensuring project profitability and adherence to schedules.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
