The compensation for this role ranges from $157,000 to $171,000 annually, contingent upon previous experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and assess team members.
  • Develop a unified leadership team and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Encourage employee engagement and a service-oriented atmosphere.

Sales Management

  • Meet and exceed company sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Engage actively in local community initiatives to build referral networks.

Operational Oversight

  • Act as the principal strategic leader for the community, managing all operational facets including resident satisfaction, team dynamics, financial outcomes, facility maintenance, and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute plans for the successful launch of new community initiatives.
  • Ensure consistently high service quality and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in daily operational activities.
  • Comprehend community care regulations and support resident care programs in collaboration with care leaders, ensuring compliance with the Resident's Bill of Rights.
  • Manage community operations in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.

Financial Stewardship

  • Formulate and execute effective strategies to control costs, including labor and operational expenses.
  • Assist in crafting operational budgets and capital needs, including expense forecasting and approvals.

Collaborative Engagement

  • Serve as a liaison between field operations and the Support Center, fostering strong relationships with support resources.
  • Work closely with management to understand priorities and exceed expectations through proactive communication.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or a comparable industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience managing high-volume operations.
  • Proficient in managing a P&L in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
  • Passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to obtain licensure as an administrator for assisted living within the required timeframe in states that mandate such licensure.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
