As a vital player in our success, we seek an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Vice President of Business Operations. This role is situated in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where creativity and quality are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the calendars of the CPO and VP, managing meeting requests, conference attendance, and interviews in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prepare leaders for meetings by ensuring they have all necessary information, facilitating effective use of their time.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, including the development of agendas and itineraries.
  • Handle expense reports and credit card reconciliations efficiently.
  • Plan and execute off-site meetings, collaborating with internal stakeholders while managing expenses.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels on behalf of the CPO and VP.
  • Make independent decisions and act with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in meetings to stay informed about team requirements.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on team projects and coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant, ideally within a mid-sized to large SaaS or networking security firm.
  • Demonstrated program management skills, including timeline and planning expertise.
  • Strong cultural alignment and work ethic, characterized by enthusiasm and good judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, with experience in scheduling and organizing meetings and travel.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create professional presentations.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and patience.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
