Position Overview

As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing Strategy team, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our consumer education initiatives. This includes establishing a research and learning framework, outlining the curriculum strategy, and crafting content while collaborating with the broader team to implement a market approach that effectively engages a varied audience of renters, homebuyers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
The role of the Consumer Education Marketing Lead will empower you to manage your daily tasks while collaborating with dedicated colleagues to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy Development and Management: Formulate and oversee the content strategy for our consumer education program, ensuring smooth daily operations that facilitate effective execution and marketing.
  • Audience Insights: Grasp the specific knowledge gaps faced by renters, homebuyers, and homeowners. Stay informed about cultural trends and current events that can influence content creation to ensure it is both authentic and inclusive.
  • Business Analysis: Lead the research learning agenda to guide strategy, consistently report on product performance, and leverage metrics and KPIs to refine future approaches.
  • Effective Communication: Present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders, whether verbally or in writing, ensuring it is engaging and easily comprehensible. This includes crafting presentations, copywriting, and managing communication plans.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with business leaders, strategic marketers, and global brand stakeholders to establish a cohesive internal and external market strategy.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation of a diverse library of multi-channel content that supports a wide range of educational needs, including website materials, articles, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.

Qualifications
Essential Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing strategy, collaborating with business units and marketing teams to develop multicultural marketing strategies that align with brand goals and enhance customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities: Proficient in addressing complex business challenges and unexpected situations, utilizing research and data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills: Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, devise strategies to pursue them, and secure buy-in from leadership and stakeholders. Skilled in fostering cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is highly desirable.
  • Background in Adult Learning/Education is strongly preferred, with experience in driving strategy and marketing initiatives to support adult learning platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Enthusiastic about building initiatives from the ground up and discovering innovative solutions to market new concepts.
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity: Enjoys evaluating new ideas in experimental settings and adept at navigating complex challenges.
  • Experience in managing timelines and deliverables for cross-functional teams.
