Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and triage incoming calls, directing patients to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and ancillary services, ensuring seamless coordination with our clinical teams.
  • Verify patient insurance and process referrals, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our patients and providers.
  • Sort and deposit mail and patient information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Build and maintain physician appointment schedules, utilizing our scheduling system to optimize efficiency.
  • Perform courier and transport services, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of medications and other essential items.
  • Assist with all work assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with insurance companies and obtaining authorizations.
