Key Responsibilities:- Provides excellent customer service by managing calls and addressing patient needs for a multi-specialty team.
- Greets patients, resolves issues, and ensures a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Verifies patient data accuracy, schedules appointments, and collects payments efficiently.
- Assists in managing physician schedules, handling patient correspondence, and tracking referrals.
- Monitors patient care flow, maintains administrative tasks, and identifies workflow improvements.
- Explains policies, procedures, and services to patients with professionalism.
- Participates in team meetings, adheres to infection prevention standards, and departmental protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Patient Service Representative in an outpatient medical office setting is advantageous.
