Job Overview

V R Della Infotech Inc is seeking a skilled End User Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 support for hardware and software issues
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Work efficiently and independently to resolve issues
  • Remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience with ticketing software and remote desktop tools is required
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM is a plus
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in a desktop support role
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing software and remote desktop tools
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM is a plus
What We Offer
  • 1 year contract with the possibility of extension
  • 2 rounds of interviews with a potential for a 3rd round
